Zara Says Refund Was Issued but I Still Did Not Get My Money Back
On January 6, I purchased two products totaling ₺1,789.95 from Zara’s website under the order number 5354*****51, and they were delivered on January 20. The next day, I submitted a return request and sent the items back. The company claims that the refund was issued on January 29, 2025, but despite a month having passed, the amount has not been deposited into my account. I have checked my bank transactions daily to make sure I haven’t missed anything. When I contacted the company, they told me to speak with my bank, but the bank said there is no such refund and ended the call. I urgently request that my refund be processed.
