The Product I Ordered From Zara Was Marked as Delivered but Never Reached Me
I placed order number 54345024744 on September 23, 2025, through the Zara online store. Although my order is listed as delivered, I haven't received the items. The shipment is listed as being shipped by Birgündekargo, but I can't find any information about the package's location. I've repeatedly contacted both Zara customer service and the shipping company. However, neither party has been helpful; in fact, sometimes the customer service line is disconnected, and sometimes, despite being told "we'll get back to you," no one has responded. This issue has not only occurred with this order, but also with previous purchases, and I've received no support whatsoever. I purchased my order using a credit card for ₺1,859.00. This order is covered by Zara's return and exchange policy. I demand immediate resolution of this inconvenience, delivery of my products, or a refund.
