My Zara Home order (No. 80077278128, Tracking No. 24802593527000100035) was scheduled for delivery on August 6, 2024, but nine days have passed, and I still have not received it. My delivery address is in İzmir-Karşıyaka, yet the courier company mistakenly shipped my package to Ankara. They informed me that the package would now be returned to Zara Home and could not be delivered to me again.
When I contacted Zara Home customer service, they assured me the order would be delivered, but no progress has been made since then. I paid ₺5,790 by credit card and expect my purchase to be sent to me without further delays.
I also find it unacceptable that a major brand like Zara Home continues to work with a courier company that has numerous negative reviews, especially for “One-Day Delivery” failures. I request that my product be resent immediately and my inconvenience be fully resolved.
