Etihad Airways Damaged My Suitcase During Flight To Lisbon

2I travelled with Etihad Airways from Peshawar to Lisbon, departing on 11 May and arriving in Portugal on 12 May. When I collected my luggage at Lisbon Airport, I saw that my suitcase was damaged, with a broken wheel and a cracked shell. I did not make a damage report at the airport at that moment, but the luggage was delivered to me in this condition, and I am very disappointed that my baggage was not handled with proper care. I request that Etihad Airways compensate me for the damage to my suitcase, as it was in normal condition when I handed it over at check‑in and reached Lisbon damaged. I kindly ask you to review this situation and inform me about the compensation process.
