Parimatch Did Not Credit My Two Google Pay Deposits Worth ₹2000

I am facing a problem with my Parimatch account, where my user ID is 114843453 and the account is linked to mobile number 90766296** and email address ss7629**@gmail.com. I deposited money through Google Pay, and the amount was deducted from my bank account but did not reach my Parimatch balance. The first failed deposit was made on 6 May at 6:08 pm, with UTR number 122705678868, for ₹1000. The second failed deposit was made on 12 May at 6:45 pm, with UTR number 123021079959, also for ₹1000. In both cases, the money was cut from my account, but it is still not visible in my Parimatch balance, and it has already been about 7 days. I contacted Parimatch support, but I did not receive a clear or helpful solution. I am very worried because I have upcoming matches from 7 o’clock today, and my money is stuck, which is causing me stress and inconvenience. I kindly request Parimatch to check these two Google Pay transactions and either credit the total amount of ₹2000 to my Parimatch account balance as soon as possible or refund it to my Google Pay/bank account. I am expecting a quick and clear response so that this issue can be resolved without affecting my account.
