Zalando sent the wrong size shoes, how can I easily exchange them?

If Zalando sent you the wrong size shoes, go to your "Orders" page after logging into your Zalando account. Click "Return or Exchange" next to the order you want to return. If the right size is in stock, they will hold it for you, which will make the swap process go more quickly. As part of their longer return policy, you can use this choice up to 100 days after receiving the item.

Zalando will send you a pre-paid return label once you've started the exchange process. Print the label, put the shoes back in their original box safely, and then put the label on the package.
