I ordered a product from the Yves Saint Laurent website, but not only was it never shipped, I can no longer even access my account. The payment was taken from my account, yet I’m left with no way to track my order or contact customer service. There’s no phone number provided, and my emails go completely unanswered. It’s frustrating and disappointing that a brand as reputable as Yves Saint Laurent would have such unreliable service and a lack of support. I’m left feeling scammed, and I want Yves Saint Laurent to address this issue immediately by either fulfilling my order or providing a full refund. This experience has seriously undermined my trust in the brand’s online shopping platform.
