Bobbi Brown Lipstick Order Still Not Shipped After 20 Business Days
On July 28, 2025, I placed an order for a lipstick from Bobbi Brown’s official website (Order No: 6880853499). Despite more than 20 business days passing, my order has still not been shipped. I paid by credit card, with the total amount falling between 1,800–2,000 TL.
What frustrates me most is that I received no updates or notifications about this delay—no email, SMS, or phone call. When I contacted customer service, they simply told me the product was still “in procurement” and could not provide any estimate for when it would be shipped.
It is unacceptable for a high-end brand like Bobbi Brown to list a product for sale when it is not even in stock. Even worse, the complete lack of communication left me uninformed and inconvenienced for weeks.
I request that my order be shipped immediately and that this matter be resolved without further delay. I also expect Bobbi Brown to improve transparency and customer communication in situations like this to prevent similar problems in the future.
