Yves Saint Laurent Mascara From Trendyol Was Dry and Refund Request Still Pending
I ordered a Yves Saint Laurent mascara from Trendyol (Order No: 10265656495). When the product arrived, I immediately noticed that the formula was very dry and that it flaked off when applied. Because of this, I requested a return.
Shortly after, I received a call from Trendyol stating that my return request was rejected. However, on the platform, the status still shows as “return under review.” It has now been almost one month, even though the official review period is stated as a maximum of 24 days.
Considering that this type of product has a shelf life of only six months, losing this much time waiting for a decision is unreasonable. If the return had been processed immediately, I would not have faced this ongoing frustration.
I kindly request that my refund be processed without further delay. I expect Trendyol to resolve this issue fairly and promptly.
