I purchased a Yves Saint Laurent lipstick from the Izmir Hilltown store, but it appears they may have provided a product with the wrong code, as it doesn’t match the tester shade I selected. I contacted customer service, and they assured me the store would call me to resolve the issue. However, no one has reached out. Given the high price of this purchase, I am requesting a full refund. This experience has shown a lack of attentiveness from the company, and I’m extremely dissatisfied with their customer support. I need assistance to resolve this promptly, as I expect better service from a brand of this caliber.
