Weplay Account Permanently Banned Over Misleading Proof
I have been an active Weplay user for more than two years and my game account was permanently banned on 23 March. The ban was given based on fake or misleading proof submitted by someone else. I was tricked by a friend and then reported, and as a result my ID was banned even though I did not intentionally try to violate the rules. Since the ban, I have been completely unable to access my account. I have contacted Weplay support many times through their channels and each time I received the same answer that I violated the rules and that the decision is final. I also submitted my own proofs and explanations, but they were not taken into account and my situation was not properly reviewed. I have invested more than 50,000 in events and gifts in this game and have built many memories and friendships on my account. I kindly request that my account be unbanned, or at least that my case be re‑evaluated carefully by a different team, taking into consideration the proofs I submitted and the fact that I was defrauded by someone. I want to continue playing fairly on my old account and not lose my progress, purchases and memories because of someone else’s fraud.
