Noor Senter Diamonds Not Delivered After Easypaisa Payment

I recently purchased in-game diamonds through Noor Senter for my game account with ID 90231***. I sent a total of 1,450 PKR via Easypaisa to the account holder Rafia K***, number 03437445277, but the diamonds have not been added to my account. After making the payment, I contacted them around 30 minutes later, but despite this, my order has still not been completed and I have not received what I paid for. I am very disappointed that I sent the money in full and received nothing in return. I request that my 1,450 PKR payment be either immediately converted into the diamonds for my game account as promised, or my money be refunded to my Easypaisa account without any further delay.
