Yves Rocher Türkiye Delivery Problem

The order I placed on 08.08.2023 through the Yves Rocher mobile application still has not been delivered. I contacted in-app support to address my concern, but I have not received a response from them either. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter. The message I received after placing my order stated, "Mr. Nur Kapl**, your order with the number 5595214, totaling TL 162.83, has been received. You can track your order on the My Profile>Order History page in the application. You will be notified via SMS by the courier company when your order is on its way. M:0630038615700010 B016.

They dispatched my product on the same day I posted the complaint; I am amazed at the customer service of such a well-known brand.
