Hugo Boss Global Blue Tax Refund Paid in SGD Instead of EUR
I purchased Hugo Boss items in Vienna, Austria on 18/06/2026 and processed the tax refund through Global Blue with Doc-ID 110443.77420.6583.62453. Based on the tax refund information, we were supposed to receive 21 EUR, which should be around 30 SGD. However, when the refund was finally processed on 24/06/2026, we only received 21 SGD instead of 21 EUR. This difference is significant and does not match the amount we were led to expect at the time of purchase and refund processing. I have already contacted Global Blue about this issue but have not received any response so far, which is very disappointing. I request that this refund be corrected and recalculated according to the originally indicated amount of 21 EUR, and that the missing difference be paid so that the final amount corresponds to approximately 30 SGD instead of 21 SGD. I also expect a clear explanation of how this error occurred and a prompt reply regarding the resolution. I did not ask for auto conversion to sgd but it looks like they did without my consent.
