Yves Rocher Order Via Trendyol Delivered Incorrectly and Refund Denied



On January 11, 2025, I placed an order worth 8,173₺ from Yves Rocher through Trendyol. When the delivery arrived, the package contained entirely different items that had nothing to do with my order. Naturally, I returned the incorrect items, expecting a resolution. However, the company shockingly rejected my return claim, stating, “These are not our products.” To make matters worse, my account was suspended as a result of this issue.
I am attaching photos of the delivered items as proof. It is baffling how a reputable company cannot recognize its own products. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I demand my refund and resolution of my account suspension immediately.
