Yves Rocher Sent Me One Less Shampoo and Has Not Resolved the Issue


I recently ordered six shampoos from Yves Rocher's web site, but only got five. I called customer care right away, and they reassured me they would examine the cameras and make a stocktake before returning to me with a resolution. After several days now, I have not heard any follow-up. They have not issued a replacement or compensated me for the lost shampoo either. This lack of reaction is frustrating, particularly in cases when the problem ought to be easy to fix. P38264 is my order number; I expect Yves Rocher to either send the shampoo I paid for straight away or refund me for the missing item. I've been left waiting far longer than I ought to have.
