Money Is Deducted From My Bank Account But Not Received In My Game

I am using the Parimatch Android app and I faced a serious problem with a recent deposit. On 17 June 2026, an amount of ₹1898.31 INR was deducted from my bank account, but this money has not been credited to my Parimatch game wallet. After I saw that the money was deducted but not reflected in my wallet, I submitted complaints and contacted Parimatch support through all available channels. However, they did not respond to me or provide any solution, and my money is still stuck. This situation makes me feel cheated and that the platform is unsafe and my funds are not secure. I request Parimatch to urgently investigate this issue, immediately credit the missing ₹1898.31 INR to my Parimatch wallet, and send me a clear confirmation of this transaction without any further delay. If this problem is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to file a formal complaint with the police and the relevant authorities for recovery of my money.
