Yves Rocher Hasn't Processed My Refund For 20 Days
Hello, On June 10, 2024, I made a purchase through the Yves Rocher online application. However, since it was before the holiday, I canceled my order 2 days later. Despite 20 business days having passed, the refund has not been made yet. I have contacted your call center 4-5 times, and despite the legal period having passed, I keep getting the response that the issue has been forwarded to your accounting department. How can such a large brand have such a poor mobile application, and how many more times do I need to call for my refund to be processed? I urgently request my refund to be made. Your accounting department needs a thorough audit to see if they are withholding customers' refund amounts.
