Yves Rocher Shipment Delay and Poor Customer Service

I placed an order on the Yves Rocher website on July 17, 2024, based on the promise that orders would be shipped within 24 hours. However, when I checked my order status on July 18, I encountered an error message. I thought it might be a temporary issue, but when I tried again on July 19, I received the same error. I then reached out to their WhatsApp support and was informed that there was a technical update, and they couldn't check my order status.
They mentioned that I would receive an SMS once the products were shipped, but I did not receive anything, which meant the 24-hour window had passed. When I requested to open a complaint, they said they couldn't access the information. They advised me to write back later, which is frustrating. Am I expected to stop everything to track this issue? They told me they couldn't reach out to me, and I expressed that if they can't manage orders properly, they shouldn't claim a 24-hour shipping time. This situation is not befitting of Yves Rocher.
