I Couldn’t Cancel My Yves Rocher Order Because There’s No Option

I placed an order on April 4th through Yves Rocher’s website, and to my surprise, there is no option to cancel the order directly. How is this even possible in 2025? Every other e-commerce platform provides this basic function, but Yves Rocher doesn’t.

Since yesterday, I’ve been trying to cancel the order, but apparently, the only way to do that is by contacting customer service. The problem is, it was a Sunday, and no one was available to respond or help. I’m now stuck with a pending order I don’t want, simply because Yves Rocher makes it unnecessarily difficult to cancel.

This is unacceptable. The company needs to implement an easy, self-service cancellation process and ensure their support is actually reachable when customers need help.
