Yves Rocher Shampoo Order Damaged and Not Delivered

I placed an order for Yves Rocher shampoos on October 4, 2024, but as of October 18, I still haven’t received them. The shipping company reported that the products were damaged in transit, yet no replacement products have been sent to me. Yves Rocher customer service claims that the courier attempted delivery, but I’ve received no help in resolving the issue.

I request Yves Rocher to address this matter by either sending a replacement or providing a refund. The lack of support is disappointing, and I expect a prompt resolution.

The shampoo I ordered on October 4, 2024, still hasn't reached me as of November 7, 2024. The shipping company stated that the products were damaged. No new products have been sent to me. Customer service claims that the package was delivered to my address. I was called by customer service about 15 days ago and was told that action would be taken quickly, but when I called and spoke with customer service 4-5 times, I was told there was no progress and was brushed off.
