Yves Rocher App Charged My Card Without Creating an Order
Hello, on December 11, 2024, I placed an order through the Yves Rocher app. While confirming the payment, the screen froze. Although the payment was deducted from my card, no order was created. My account does not show the order, and I have not received a confirmation email.
This is extremely frustrating, and I demand an immediate resolution. Either process my order and ensure it is delivered, or refund the amount charged to my card without further delay. Customers should not have to face such issues when shopping on a brand’s official app. Please address this matter promptly and provide an update regarding my order or refund status as soon as possible.
