Hello, about a month ago I purchased the Yves Rocher Bright Botanical face cream from one of your stores, following the recommendation of an in-store sales representative. Unfortunately, since I started using it, my skin has reacted very badly.
Shortly after applying the cream, I began developing deep, painful acne that lasts for an extended period and doesn’t heal easily. These breakouts are not normal for my skin, and nothing else in my routine has changed—so it’s very clear the issue is tied to this product.
I chose Yves Rocher because I trusted the brand's commitment to botanical, skin-friendly formulas, but this experience has left me frustrated and extremely disappointed. Not only has my skin worsened, but I now feel like I wasted my money on something that damaged my complexion instead of helping it.
I am requesting immediate support and resolution, whether through a refund, exchange, or guidance on how to recover from the damage caused. I also urge Yves Rocher to reassess the formula or properly warn users with acne-prone skin if this cream may cause such reactions. Please take this matter seriously and respond as soon as possible.
