Yves Rocher Still Hasn’t Processed My Return Despite Confirmed Delivery

On Friday, June 20, I returned products I purchased from the Yves Rocher online store using the return tracking number they provided via Yurtiçi Kargo. The next day—Saturday—I received confirmation that the return package had been delivered.

However, when I contacted Yves Rocher customer service, I was told that my return was not showing up in their system. That makes no sense. The products were never opened, and I even used the original Yves Rocher shipping box to send them back. The return was made exactly according to their instructions, and I used the tracking number they gave me.

The courier confirmed the delivery, but Yves Rocher says they don’t know who received the package. I wasn’t asked for an address during the return process—just to use their return code.

Yves Rocher, I demand that my return be located and processed immediately. I followed your procedure exactly and now I’m stuck without a refund or acknowledgment. This is unacceptable for a brand that claims to care about customer satisfaction. Take accountability and resolve this now.
