On October 7, 2024, I ordered an anti-breakage spray and shampoo from Yves Rocher through Trendyol. When my package arrived, the box was torn and damaged. While the shampoo was included, the anti-breakage spray was missing from the box. I contacted the seller on Trendyol, waited two days for a response, only to be told that they couldn’t resolve the issue. Now, I’m waiting for Trendyol’s response. It’s incredibly disappointing that such a well-known brand failed to deliver my product and offered no support to resolve the problem. I’ve rated them 1 star on Trendyol due to this poor customer service and lack of attention to customer satisfaction.
