I recently bought a face wash and pore-tightening toner for combination skin from a Yves Rocher store. Shockingly, both products caused intense burning and redness on my face right after use. I never expected this from a brand like Yves Rocher, which claims to be gentle and plant-based.
I contacted their WhatsApp support line to request a return or exchange, but the responses I received were far from helpful. There was no clear solution offered, and I’m left with irritated skin and products I can’t use.
Yves Rocher, I trusted your brand and ended up damaging my skin. I demand a proper explanation and an immediate refund or exchange. This level of customer care is unacceptable.
