Yves Rocher Employee's Offensive Language

When we attempted to return our purchased items on July 10, 2023, between 15:25-15:35, we were told that the refund would take 15-20 business days. When we questioned this, your employee at the Kent Plaza Konya Yves Rocher branch, L***, used very inappropriate language and rudely expelled us from the store. It was truly unsettling to witness such vulgar and disrespectful behavior from a representative of your ostensibly corporate company. I've been a loyal customer for years, both at your store and others, and this is the first time I've witnessed such behavior. This incident has shocked and saddened me. I demand that my complaints be addressed, that an apology be extended, and that appropriate action be taken to correct this situation.
