Yves Rocher Retractable Eyebrow Pencil Ran Out After 5 Uses

On June 28, 2025, I purchased a retractable eyebrow pencil from the Yves Rocher Kadıköy branch based on a recommendation. During the purchase, I was told that this product was suggested instead of my old-style eyebrow pencil because it would last longer and wouldn’t have issues with the tip breaking. I was also informed that the amount of product inside was the same, with the only difference being ease of use. However, after buying the product and using it only 4–5 times in total, the pencil was completely used up. Suspecting a malfunction in the twist-up mechanism, I took the product back to the store. There, along with the store staff, we checked the other retractable eyebrow pencils and saw that each contained only about 1 cm of product. Despite having only one-tenth the amount of product compared to the old-style pencils, the price was the same. The staff said they couldn’t do anything and even implied that I might have broken the product myself. My receipt is available in the store records. When I bought the product, I was told that the amount of product was the same and that the only difference was convenience. However, my experience does not reflect the standards expected from your brand. I paid ₺690 by credit card and, for a product that ran out so quickly, I absolutely demand a refund or an exchange. I would like it to be replaced with the old-style eyebrow pencil. I’ve also attached a photo of the issue; the one on the right is my pencil, which ran out in a month, and the one on the left is an unused one from the store—they contain nearly the same amount. I expect a solution from your brand regarding this issue.

Hello, unfortunately there are only automatic replies or no solutions provided. First of all, it is a big mistake to sell a product as if it is the same size, but actually contains not even a tenth of the original. Or to be realistic, the product does not contain as much as the other one, but it can be said that it is easier to use during the sale. The main reason I am making this complaint is so that maybe someone who wants to buy the product will see it and change their mind, so their money won't be wasted.
