Yves Rocher Did Not Include Shampoo from My Curly Hair Care Set in My Order


I placed an order with Yves Rocher, but unfortunately, one of the items was not included in the package. I have reached out through their WhatsApp channel and email support several times, but I still haven't received a satisfactory resolution. Today, I received a response stating that the entire order had been dispatched from the warehouse. Unfortunately, the package arrived intact, but the shampoo from the 3-piece curly hair care series I ordered was missing. I feel disappointed with their customer service, as I anticipated more attention in addressing such a simple issue. I want to request a refund for the missing shampoo, as I have no other means to resolve this issue.

I didn't search for it. No one contacted me, and I received an email like this. To avoid any unfair situations, please place your order from here, friends. When the couriers arrive, we don't open the product and count it one by one. If the package is intact, we don't immediately file a report. But let everyone keep in mind that when the couriers come, open and check the product of this brand immediately. They are making unfair profits. Regarding your complaint notification, we attempted to reach you via our Yves Rocher Customer Communication Center line but were unable to contact you. 😔 Therefore, we regret to inform you that we have closed your complaint. As a result of the checks we conducted with our camera recordings and stocks, we determined that your order was delivered to the shipping company completely by us. Since you did not file a delivery report at the time of your package's delivery, we observe that the package was delivered to you completely and without damage. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we cannot take any action.
