I purchased two anti-dandruff shampoos from Yves Rocher on December 11 at around 8:30 PM. While the payment was processed immediately, I am unable to track my order either on the Yves Rocher website or through their app. There is no information regarding the status or shipment of my purchase.

This lack of transparency and functionality is highly frustrating. Why is it so difficult to manage basic order tracking? If I do not receive a response or resolution promptly, I will escalate this matter to the authorities. Yves Rocher must address this issue urgently and ensure proper order tracking and customer service support.
