My Yves Rocher Order Canceled Without Consent

I placed two orders with Yves Rocher, which were shipped in two separate packages. However, the delivery company returned the packages, claiming I had canceled the orders and refused them, which is absolutely untrue. I never canceled anything, and I received no communication about this situation. When I called Yves Rocher, they informed me that the courier initiated a return without consulting me and that my products would be sent out again after coordinating with the shipping company. Yet, when I followed up today, they told me they’d just process a refund instead. I had used a discount code for these purchases, which has now expired. I’m disappointed in how such a reputable brand would mishandle my orders and leave me without a solution. As a regular customer, I expected much better service from Yves Rocher.
