On January 13, 2025, I placed an order with Yves Rocher. However, as of January 14, 2025, I have decided to return the products. Unfortunately, I cannot cancel the order because the tracking information is not displayed on the website.

This lack of transparency has made the process frustrating and inconvenient. I request immediate assistance to cancel my order and process the return. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will reconsider shopping with Yves Rocher in the future. Please address this matter as soon as possible to maintain customer satisfaction and trust.
