On January 12, 2025, I made a purchase through the Yves Rocher app. However, my order does not appear in the "Orders" section of the app, even though the payment was successfully deducted from my card. I want to cancel the order, but since it is not visible in the app, I am unable to proceed with the cancellation.

This issue is frustrating and unacceptable, as there is no way for me to track or manage the order. I request Yves Rocher to resolve this problem immediately by either confirming the order details or refunding my payment. This lack of transparency damages trust and makes shopping through the app unreliable.
