YouHodler Affiliate Account Missing - Cannot Access Earnings

I signed up to YouHodler because the registration process seemed easier than many other crypto wallets I have used. Since I had previously done affiliate work with other wallets, I also decided to join YouHodler’s affiliate program and started promoting it. I shared my affiliate link on my social media accounts and even spent money on ads to bring users to YouHodler. However, after a while, when I tried to check my affiliate account, the system started saying that such a user did not exist and I could not access my affiliate panel any more. This problem has been going on for about two days. During this time, I contacted customer service several times. They asked me for a screenshot, which I sent, but then they replied that there was nothing they could do and told me to write to the affiliate email or suggested that such an account might not have been created. I have invested both time and advertising budget into promoting YouHodler, trusting that my affiliate account was active. I find it unacceptable that my account is now seemingly deleted or inaccessible and that I receive the response that nothing can be done. I request that my affiliate account be reactivated and that my commissions for the users I brought in be recognized, together with a clear written explanation of what happened to my affiliate account.
