Sidra Chain Account Locked Due To 2FA Authenticator - No Support

My Sidra account has been logged out for almost a month and now it keeps asking for an authenticator code that I no longer have access to. When I tried to enable the authenticator while setting up my 2FA, it showed an error due to network issues, so I didn’t know it had actually gone through. A few days later, my Sidra account logged out, and when I tried to log back in, it started requesting the authenticator code that I can’t access and can’t find in my authenticator app. I have sent countless messages to the Sidra support team, but I still haven’t received any response. Please help me tag Sidra Chain because I don’t want to lose my account like this.
