I Can’t Delete My Coinpayu Account and I Want My Personal Data Removed Immediately

I’ve been trying to delete my Coinpayu account for days, but there’s no option to do so—no delete button, no guidance, and no active customer support to help. I’ve attempted to reach out via email multiple times but haven’t received a single response. The platform doesn’t feel secure or transparent, which is why I’ve chosen to stop using it altogether.

However, I am now stuck with an account I no longer want. I am clearly and firmly stating that I do not accept any responsibility or liability for anything associated with this account going forward. I demand that all of my personal information be erased from Coinpayu’s system immediately.
