YouHodler Froze My Account, Held My Crypto Despite Completing Verification

I’ve had a really disappointing experience with YouHodler. I put some crypto into my account, and out of nowhere, they froze it and locked my funds, leaving me with no way to get to them. I contacted support, and they informed me that I had to finish AML verification. I went ahead and submitted all the required documents. I waited forever, and they just turned me down without any good explanation. The entire process seemed really unfair and totally unprofessional. Also, their customer support takes forever and isn’t very helpful, which makes it really hard to sort out problems fast. If you're considering using this platform, just be cautious. I wouldn't suggest putting your money in here, since once it's in, there's no promise you'll be able to get it back.
