I Demand Refund for Yazio Charging Wrong Amount

I believed I was purchasing a $1 annual plan on the Yazio app, but instead, I was charged $9 to my mobile bill. On January 10, 2026, I noticed a $9 charge reflected on my statement, which came as a complete surprise and caused me distress. My membership ID is 5d07f9e48*.
Despite selecting the $1 plan, being charged $9 instead is clearly incorrect and unacceptable. I consider this a misleading transaction and feel deceived as a user.
I request that the full $9 charged in excess be refunded to me immediately and that only the price of the plan I selected be applied to my account. Additionally, I expect a clear and written explanation regarding this incorrect billing.
