Yapı Kredi Worldcard Annual Fee Not Fully Refunded

I am a Yapı Kredi Bank Worldcard holder and on 27 May 2026 a card annual fee of ₺1,107 was reflected on my statement. My card was obtained through your Adana Seyhan branch. After seeing this transaction, I contacted your customer service and was informed that only 75% of this fee could be refunded. I do not find it fair that such a high annual fee is charged and that only a partial refund is offered, despite being an active customer who regularly uses and pays off the card. I respectfully request that the entire ₺1,107 card annual fee charged on 27 May 2026 to my Yapı Kredi Worldcard be fully refunded to my credit card and that this type of fee not be charged again.
