I have been using my Yapı Kredi World Platinum credit card for years in an active way, making regular payments without any delays and maintaining continuous spending on the card. Despite this, a credit card annual fee of ₺1,085.5 was reflected on my statement dated 14.05.2025. After noticing this transaction, I contacted the bank and was informed that the fee could only be refunded if I earned it back as Worldpuan, divided over 11 months, but I was not given any clear or understandable information on how exactly I should earn these points. The fact that such a high fee is charged and then tied to an unclear and onerous points-earning condition puts me in a difficult position as a customer. I request that the ₺421.65 card fee charged to my regularly used and duly paid World Platinum card be refunded in full directly to my credit card without being tied to any points or campaign conditions.
