Yapi Kredi Bank Credit Card Payment Refund

I hold a Yapı Kredi Hepsiburada World Visa credit card. On 18 January 2025, an annual card fee of ₺1,257.99 was charged to this card, even though I do not actively use it and was not informed that such a fee would be collected. When I called Yapı Kredi customer service on 30 January, I was told that this amount could be refunded only on the condition that I accumulate ₺1,257 worth of Worldpoints. Since I do not use this card regularly and do not wish to be bound by such conditions, I do not accept this conditional refund offer. I request the full and permanent refund of the annual card fee of ₺1,257.99, which was charged without my knowledge to a card that I do not actively use, without any conditions.
