Unauthorized Withdrawal Was Made From My Account Without My Consent
On July 10, 2025, a total amount of ₺26,950 was withdrawn from my account as a provision payment without my knowledge or consent. These transactions occurred even though I did not have my card in possession at the time. As soon as I noticed the issue, I immediately contacted the bank's customer service and visited the branch daily to seek a resolution. However, I was repeatedly told that “no restrictions are visible,” and no solution was provided. This is the first time I have experienced such a situation, and I am requesting that my grievance be resolved. I demand a full refund of the unauthorized amount withdrawn from my account. I have the receipt related to the transaction and can provide it if necessary. I kindly request that the necessary action be taken.
Progress
A total of 26,950 TL was withdrawn from my TEB Bank non-term account without my permission in 4 separate transactions on 10/07/2025, 11/07/2025, and 14/07/2025. I have no approval or knowledge regarding these transactions, which appear as provisional. As soon as I noticed the situation, I contacted the TEB customer service call center, but I was not given any detailed information, stating that there was a restriction on my account. There has been no other unusual situation in my account and I have not received any warnings.
I request that the money withdrawn without my permission be refunded to my account, that I be provided with detailed information about the transactions, and that I be contacted via my phone number.
