Yapi Kredi Bank Persists on Not Removing The Blockage on My Account

I'm a Yapı Kredi salary customer and have been dealing with this ongoing problem that needs to be fixed by them right away, getting this letter from the 4th Execution Office in Eskisehir saying I'm all clear on my debts. It even had the file number 2022/946 on it.  My account is still blocked. Like, seriously? This annoying situation has been super inconvenient. I've been on top of it, making sure I've got all the paperwork and working with the right people. But it's really disappointing to see that my account is still blocked even though there's clear evidence that I don't owe any money. been a loyal customer of Yapı Kredi for a long time, so I get that sometimes things go wrong in banking, but this problem has been going on for way too long and it's really stressing me out, please do me a favor and contact Yapı Kredi?
