Request for Removal of Seizure Block On Accounts and Credit Card

Dear İş Bank, I am writing regarding the seizure block that was imposed approximately 8 months ago on my demand deposit TL accounts and credit card at İş Bank Sultangazi Branch (1193). Although I have fully settled my debt and obtained a court decision along with a release (fek) letter, I continue to face issues with the removal of the block. In February, the enforcement office sent the release letter to the bank. I also personally visited the branch and presented the release letter. However, the branch staff initially stated that there was no block, and on my subsequent visit, they confirmed that the block was still in place. Despite multiple calls with the call center, I have not received any assistance and have been redirected to the branch. At the branch, I was informed that the release letter was not valid. As a result, I have been unable to use my account and card for the past 8 months, which has caused me significant hardship. I hereby request the immediate removal of the block on my accounts and card in accordance with the court decision and the release (fek) letter. My customer number (last 4 digits): 8191
