Yapı Kredi Unjustly Blocked My Account, I Have No Debt!
Despite checking UYAP and E-STATE, which confirm that I have no outstanding debts, my accounts are flagged with an E-lien. This issue is causing constant problems with my banks, preventing me from using my accounts. I am currently in Mersin, but my usual residence is in Izmir. To resolve this matter, I visited the judiciary, where they informed me that I need to obtain a Certificate of No Debt from the relevant institution. For the past three days, I have been attempting to contact the Izmir 11 Enforcement Office without success. I've made numerous calls, totaling around 20 attempts across four different occasions, but for some reason, I cannot reach them. Today, I sought assistance from the Mersin courthouse, explaining that banks are demanding a Certificate of No Debt, resulting in a blockage of my accounts. The courthouse staff confirmed that I currently do not have any outstanding debts and advised me to coordinate with the Izmir 11 Enforcement Office. This situation has trapped me in a frustrating cycle, with each party involved blaming someone else. I am seeking a resolution to this ordeal, as it is causing considerable inconvenience and distress. Your prompt attention and assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
