I became a remote customer of Yapı Kredi with the code ykb*** and, in order to benefit from the special campaign for new customers, I made a total spending of ₺1,995 on 8 March with my Yapı Kredi World credit card, including the Tod TV Sezonluk Süper Dolu Package. Within the scope of this campaign, I was supposed to receive a refund after the spending, but despite the time that has passed, no refund has been made to my account. To find out the situation, I contacted your bank and a record was opened on 10 April regarding the issue. However, despite this record, I have not received any feedback as of today. Neither the refund I was supposed to earn from the campaign was reflected, nor was I provided with any clear information regarding the process. Although I have fulfilled the campaign conditions as a new customer, I am experiencing a clear grievance because the refund I am entitled to has not been made and I was not informed despite a record being opened. I kindly request that the ₺1,995 refund I am entitled to under the campaign be deposited into my account as soon as possible and that I be provided with clear written information about the process. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will apply to the BRSA and the TBB Arbitration Committee with the receipts and documents I have.
