Yapi Kredi Refuses to Honor 15,000 Reward Points Promotion After Application
On February 27, I applied for Yapı Kredi’s campaign with the code “My Offer: 15,000,” which promised a non-refundable 15,000 reward points bonus. In order to benefit from this campaign, I opened a credit card and also opened an unlimited account, depositing approximately $1,550. I was informed that the 15,000 reward points I would earn under this campaign would be credited to my card on March 10.
However, when I contacted customer service, I was told that I did not apply using the campaign code and therefore would not receive the reward points. This is incorrect, as I specifically applied using the “My Offer: 15,000” code and relied on this information when I opened both the credit card and the unlimited account and deposited approximately $1,550.
For this reason, I request that the promised 15,000 reward points be fully credited to my account as committed and that I be allowed to benefit from the campaign as advertised.
I opened a credit card and deposited ₺50,000, trusting that I would receive ₺15,000 in points under the ₺15,000 campaign offer. However, customer service stated that I did not apply with the campaign code and therefore could not receive the points. This situation has caused me hardship, and I am demanding compensation for my loss.
