Yandex GO Charged Me for Canceled Rides I Didn’t Take — I Want a Full Refund Now

On Monday, April 7, I ordered a taxi through Yandex GO and experienced an incredibly frustrating and costly situation. I called six taxis, and although each one initially accepted, they soon called me to say they “accepted by mistake,” had other passengers, or were just about to go offline, and then asked me to cancel the ride myself. I did so, assuming I wouldn’t be charged.
The seventh driver finally arrived, took me to my destination, and everything seemed fine. An hour later, I ordered another Yandex GO to return to the same location. When I got home, I checked my card and saw I was charged multiple times, including for those canceled trips where the drivers never even picked me up.
I clearly only used the service at 18:38 and 19:41, and yet I was billed as if I had taken three separate trips — which is simply false. I demand that the charges for the canceled rides be refunded immediately. I’m seriously questioning the reliability of this platform. What if my destination had been farther or more urgent?
