Xsolla Charging My Card Without Permission – Refund Requested for Unauthorized Payments

The company Xsolla has been charging my Garanti Bank credit card $2.30 every month without my knowledge or consent. I only recently discovered this issue — the payments have been occurring on the 8th of every month since September 8, 2024. I am unable to identify which game, app, or platform these charges are associated with.
So far, I have not contacted Xsolla or Garanti Bank customer service. The last four digits of my card are 9271, and I reside in Istanbul.
I request that these unauthorized payments be immediately canceled and that all charges made to date be refunded. I also ask that a formal investigation be initiated regarding these unauthorized transactions, and that any associated subscription or recurring payment be completely terminated.
