Unauthorized Xsolla Charge After Fake Vehicle Inspection Payment
Today, I visited what I believed was the official vehicle inspection appointment website to schedule an inspection for my vehicle. During the booking process, I made the payment through Xsolla, and $99.99 was charged to my credit card. Shortly afterward, I realized that this payment was not an official vehicle inspection fee and that I had been misled into completing the transaction.
As soon as I discovered what had happened, I contacted my bank and opened a dispute regarding the transaction. I have not yet contacted Xsolla or the website directly.
I request that the $99.99 charged to my credit card be refunded as soon as possible and that this transaction be canceled. I also ask that this payment be investigated and any necessary action be taken to prevent similar unauthorized or misleading transactions from affecting other customers.
